Door, identity, network, video. One system.

Door access, network and video as one system. Canadian managed IT for government and large enterprise, on infrastructure you own.

Trusted where it counts. We helped HSBC and Hang Seng Bank write vendor management cybersecurity policies, and kept their day to day vendors following them. KDM Industries, a manufacturer, has been a client for over 10 years.

Kisi access control with Microsoft 365

Kisi signs people in with Microsoft Entra ID (the login behind Microsoft 365) or Google Workspace. When someone joins or leaves, HR and IT stay in sync.

Cisco Meraki is the network foundation

Cameras, doors and staff Wi-Fi each get their own lane (a VLAN), so one can’t reach the others. Your user traffic stays local.

Synology video on storage you own

Video records to a Synology recorder in your building. Cloud features stay off unless you turn them on. Where cloud cameras are allowed, we use Rhombus or Meraki.

Smart building questions

What is a smart building?

A building where the doors, network, cameras and sensors work together instead of as separate systems. Staff open doors with their phone or work account, every entry is logged, and video is easy to find. We design it, install it and look after it.

Does Kisi work with Microsoft 365?

Yes. Kisi connects to Microsoft Entra ID, the sign in behind Microsoft 365. People log in to Kisi with their work account. With user sync turned on, new staff are added to Kisi automatically and leavers lose door access when IT removes them. This needs Kisi’s single sign on licence.

Who owns the video?

You do. Video records to a Synology recorder in your building, and cloud features stay off unless you turn them on. Meraki keeps user traffic local. Kisi keeps identities and door events in its cloud.

How do we start?
