Garibaldi Technology Partners, a Burnaby dental focused MSP, was sold to Alphi Capital in 2025. In May 2026 Tenom Technologies launched as eight companies under one name, including Garibaldi. When ownership changes, clinics often search for how to switch IT providers in Vancouver and what a Garibaldi or Tenom alternative looks like.
What should you do first?
Confirm you own admin access, passwords, backups and your domain. Ask how tickets and on site visits work under the new brand. Stay until you have a plan, then switch in planned steps so front desk and chairs keep working.
